Return Policy

• We accept free returns only if the product is damaged. However, we will not accept a return if the product was damaged due to misuse or improper use. The intended use of the product will be determined at the discretion of NOTRE CITÉ and assessed in a reasonable manner. If you receive a faulty item or an incorrect delivery, we will resolve this promptly, and re-shipping is free in such cases.
• For size exchanges, customers are responsible for both return shipping and re-shipping costs.
• If you choose not to repurchase the product, we will issue a voucher equal to the product’s value for use on future orders.
